AGREEMENT:
This agreement is made by and between TribeHouse; a Utah corporation with offices at 1064 S N County Blvd Ste. 100, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062; and the Company identified on the order form. The purpose of this agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions for the use of TribeHouse products and services. I understand that I am bound by the terms and conditions that are applicable to each product and service that has been purchased.
