Q: How does the auction work?
A: As a thank you for engaging with your tribe online, you receive virtual “coins” each time you read or comment on posts. You can use this virtual currency to bid on prizes under the auction button.
Q: How do you win the auction prizes?
A: The bidder with the high score when the auction ends, wins the prize. The bidders who did not win have the coins returned to their coin account.
Q: How can I see how many coins I have?
A: Your coin balance is on the top right hand side of the header. You can also select your account button and select the bank tab to see a register of your virtual deposits and withdrawals.
Q: Can I post something in my online tribe?
A: You can always comment on posts and forums, but each tribe has its own publishing permissions policies. Talk to your tribe leader about how it works inside your group.
Q: Where do I fill out my profile?
A: Select your account button and click on the profile tab.
Under the Settings Button, you upload a photo and decide what information you want to have visible to the other tribe members.
Under the Biography Button you will write a brief description of who you are.
Under the Happiness Profile you will allow other tribe members to gain a deeper insight into your hobbies, aspirations, priorities and learn ways to serve you.
Q: How do I update my email, company, position, phone number, address, or change my password?
A: Select the Account Button. Select the Account Tab. Select the Settings Button. Change the information (for email, put new address into the field next to New). Then scroll to the bottom, and next to the Submit button, enter your password then press “Submit.” Your password is required to change anything on the account page.
Q: How do I turn on or off the email notifications for new Tribe Post?
A: Select the Account Button. Select the Account Tab. Select the Email Settings tab and select the the On or Off Button.
Q: How does the Notification button at the top right section of the header work?
A: These notifications give you a heads up on anyone who has sent you a message, when new tribe members join and tribe member birthdays, or comments on your posts.
Q: How can I send other tribe members a private message?
A: Select the Directory button and click the Chat Button at the top left of their profile. They will be notified of your message within the “Notifications” button at the top right section of the header.
Q: I no longer want to be part of the online tribe. How do I discontinue?
A: There are two options:
If you are a member of multiple tribes and would like to leave just one tribe, select the Account button, select the Profile tab. Select the Leave Tribe button, then select option leave the tribe you are currently logged in to.
If you would like to leave all tribes, select the Account Button. Select the Account Tab. Go to Account Status button and deactivate your account. Doing this is final. You will not be able to sign up again with this email.
